Vibes Gin Return Policy

30-Day Return:
You have 30 days from receiving your bottle to request a return. The bottle must be unopened, in original condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
Contact us at vibes.contactteam@gmail.com. If approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions. Note: Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your bottle arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on sale items, personalized products, or gift cards.

Refunds:
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass without your refund, please contact us.
